Zhuhai Qisitech Intelligent Industrial Park Achieves Dual LEED Platinum Certifications

In October 2025, Zhuhai Qisitech Intelligent Industrial Park, wholly-owned by Geekvape, proudly received the LEED v4.1 O+M (Operations and Maintenance) Platinum certification, the highest level under the world’s most influential green building rating system. Following the LEED v4 ID+C (Interior Design and Construction) Platinum certification in March 2024, this new achievement showcases Qisitech’s commitment and ability to sustainable construction and operations excellence.

A Benchmark for Green Manufacturing and Sustainable Practice

Located in the Zhuhai High-tech Zone, the 220,000 m² park integrates offices, production areas, and living areas, forming a holistic industry ecosystem that unites industry, academia, research, community and office.

The LEED v4.1 O+M certification evaluated the park across seven key dimensions—Location & Transportation, Sustainable Sites, Water Efficiency, Energy & Atmosphere, Materials & Resources, Indoor Environmental Quality, and Innovation in Design. Through outstanding performance in green operations, the park earned the Platinum certification, reaffirming its leadership in aspects of environmental stewardship, energy optimization, healthy workplaces and etc..

Developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) in 1998, LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is the world’s most widely adopted green building certification system, applied to nearly 200,000 projects in 186 countries and regions as of February 2024 ^[1].

The system awards four certification levels based on total performance scores: Certified, Silver, Gold, and Platinum—with Platinum being the highest, widely referred to as the “Oscar” of green building.
